WOW! I love the yard. I would have a field day doing some switching in that yard. Turning cars around on the wye. Making and breaking up trains. Superb. Keep up the good work and I wish you the best of luck. Where's the cabooses and the MOW train?

That really is a fantastic looking layout but, I just gotta ask how many times you've banged your head on those sloped ceilings, lol? It appears as though you have plenty of lighting with those huge windows for your layout?

LOL! I hear ya when it comes to rushing things in this hobby. I have to agree with you when it comes to this DCC operation being way too expensive! I find it difficult to understand as well and I too am perfectly 100% happy with my DC operations. I have (or had) 3 mainlines with a power supply for each mainline that I operated my trains with. I currently plan to run 4 mainlines (once relocated) & each will have its own power supply, with 2 power supplies to run all of my accessories.

looks good man!
Amazing!!! It's so cool to see another brother DC model railroader, good on ya my friend! Not being negative in any way but, what is that annoying background sound? I have to mute my speakers to watch your video, lol. This is one awesome layout you have going on here. I am looking forward to your other videos & possible future videos? How much grief do you get from other model railroaders when it comes to running DC only? I tell them, it's my layout & I'll run things my way! Cool Video!

Most of my locos are DCC ready and some even have dual DC and DCC encoders but everytime I've considered going down the DCC path it seems too hard. I have 2 complete loops (and about 30 blocks) so I can run many trains/locos separately. I actually don't have the time or money to go to DCC and I'm very happy with what I've got. One of these days I'll even have some scenery but what's the rush?

Thanks for that. I need some inspiration to finish the wiring and do some scenery. In the meantime I just love building and running some trains!
