peteys costume is so great... i wish you could play as petey at the end even if they just called you jimmy as long as when you got back to halloween you got that bunny costume

The slapping was a "Bully" option you get when you finish off people you fight.

Rent it, or HD Load it. (it can be played on Mode3 if you HD load it)
The game, honestly, even though it's fun, is really only worth around 30 hours of play before it's tired.
It's no GTA.
