Maximum material efficiency for cutting automotive interior fabrics has been achieved. Spaces between cut parts are reduced to 0-1mm thereby reducing scrap and increasing material cost savings. Fast cycle times and dies designed for reduced volume programs allow for true JIT processing all the while reducing overall costs, improving cut part accuracy, and eliminating stored cut parts.

MaxEff20 steel rule dies are designed and built by Ontario Die International. These precision cutting dies are built to close tolerances for accurately cut parts, premium steel and dieboard for long life, and our designed to be maintenance free.

This system can also have be built to cut whole hide leather and fabric on the same machine.
