Located as a bonus feature on the Playstation 2 game, Twisted Metal: Head On. This was originally being designed as a 3rd person action game starring Sweet Tooth and Preacher (I think) for PS2. It appears to have been cancelled in the "Alpha" stages. Props to Eat, Sleep, Play for including this for the fans!
