question: I've seen plants in these pots where the roots are showing and comming out, would the light of the sun damage the roots, or simply get damaged because they are exposed in such way instead of the traditional under the soil?

- I'm the TV producer for this program, so I'm not sure about the answer, but I'll try to ask one of our specialists to see if we can get your question answered.

If you have seen roots "showing" these are not RootTrapper containers, but one of many imitators. Light won't affect the roots... but dehydration will. Any roots escaping from these containers will be lost at transplanting... but still better off than circling traditional methods. Does that answer your question?
