Community Plan for the Sheridan Expressway

As New York Times architecture critic Nicolai Ouroussoff recently highlighted, community organizations in the Bronx have developed a plan to demolish the underutilized Sheridan Expressway and replace it with green open space, affordable housing and other amenities. This video from the Pratt Center for Community Development shows the plan for a new Bronx River Waterfront, as devised by the Southern Bronx River Watershed Alliance in collaboration with the Pratt Center.
