  • i'm a college student how can i get approved to rent an apartment? without having to get a cosigner

  • If you are dealing with a corporate landlord and you have no income - you will probably need a cosigner. If you rent from someone how is renting a room at their house or maybe a small investment property, they may be more flexible. Good luck.

  • @1click2know ic so steady employment? what about credit what kinda score are they looking for? i'm interested in bond unit i make less than 60 k a year

  • It all depends on the landlord.

  • Anyone plz answer... how does a college student get a cosigner to rent an apartment?

  • Such consideration is important. You can even reduce the rent when you know how to negotiate with the landlord.

  • @MacPr0xnxx0 true, that all depends on the landlord, keep making contacts and seeing who you can talk to, sometimes you'll luck up.

  • could you move out working at mcdonalds or a grocery store

  • I know if you have no income you have to have a co-signer and I do have one. Can a landlord turn you away if you do not have any income and what about the credit checks????

  • @1click2know on average what would you say?
