Carter were one of the most under rated bands of the late 80's and early 90's

Lyrically their songs are just amazing and some of the melodies are just pure class.

This and Fallin on a bruise are my favourite songs. My only regret is i only got to see the boys play live once ..

I'm kicking myself for not getting tickets for Birmingham last year. I thought about it for a little too long and they'd sold out by the time I decided I wanted to go.

Saw them live loads of times back in the day, though!

I now think this is their best song - I can't fault it at all. The atmosphere it creates along with the lyrics - great work.

I heard this the first time about 16 years ago - "Blaenwern" never sounded the same again to me!

Despite the overt noise, Carter were pretty talented musically too.
