  • @dsarti1 thanks brother for the support.

  • I was different as a kid I listened to the stories because I loved and still do love history but the thing is I went totally of the rails when I was in teens early 20s and have no contact with much of my family through my own fault so who will be left to remember ivy who struggled with 5 kids in the dead of night to get them to her moms getting out of the street just as her house was demolished by a german bomb or charley the drunk irish sargent major in the desert rats when I go so will memorys

  • That's is awesome. I have a video of my grandparents being interviewed that my aunt had made. It is priceless. Now I need to do the same with my parents. Thanks for the inspiration to get these stories. *****

  • Makes you think, my friend. We recently attended an anniversary celebration of an elderly couple where someone put together a slide show. All those pictures, faces -- stories, as you put it. Great food for thought. Many blessings --GM

  • @creekbed01 I have and nowadays I always like who looks back from the shaving mirror so maybe the next generation and hopefully I will be able to use my experiences to scare them straight as an arrow :)

  • Cool...thanks for sharing!

  • @dnnylee wow, that would be amazing to find some of my family videos, did it have sound? thank you for sharing that story with us. you should make a video and share it. thank you for watching. cb

  • God bless you, I'm sure this video will resonate with so many out here, just recently I had taken some old mm film into transfer to DVD, two rolls of film when my father and my sister and I were young out riding horses, and my father showing Morgans and my Palomino Shawnee my Grandma and Grandpa for years the film remained unseen, thanks to technology I was able to view them for the first time. Now that my grandparents, father and his horse & my horse are in heaven it is bitter sweet to watch.
