You go to the cultists tower and go to the top. It's in a treasure chest but you have to fight Magic Master.

How did Terra get the dualcast ability? The Terra i'm playing with doesnt have it,can you help me?

What area is this?
I'm playing the game for the first time (Purchased through PSN), and really want to get my levels up as much as possible as I'm inching ever closer to the final battle.

so this is a good spot, but you shouldn't go into the forest. Use 1 character and stay in the grass. You should get in plenty of fights with Sprinters and Spek-tors. I've done this a million times. By far the best place to lvl

@nanhuazhenren It worked on the original SNES carts. They fixed many of the glitches on future re-releases.
There's a better, easier place to train - the spot right outside Doma castle. What you do is you take a single character, and cast Vanish on them. Equip them with the Exp. Egg (or whatever it's called in the GBA version, can't remembet), and make sure they at least know Fire 2 and Bolt 2. You'll get 20k exp a battle from Tumbleweeds and nothing will ever hit you if you're vanished.
