Arrest

This event follows the video called "The Act of Possession". Shortly after the event seemed to be over, the police showed up. They were a bit late. Andrew Caroll picked the tiny bit of pot back up to prepare for their arrival.

Sorry that this is a bit jumpy. It's just a handheld camera and it was hard to get a good angle as people kept getting in the way and the cops were moving quickly so I had to keep up.
