first thing to notice are the ENORMOUS fan leaves. But when I saw the humidifier in the corner, that explains it. Your room is too humid.

just to let you know if dont have a air cooled reflector or you have one but dont use the air cooled part the gass you have there will cut you lumens down a little bit and there is no point for that piece of glass you have there
