Those who're asking how to use buffs, in this case, E on urself without casting. The default configuration to self-cast is holding down ALT+ KEY.

This can be reconfigured.

You can also for example, use SHIFT + KEY to use the spell on the player/creature you're targeting.

and CTRL + KEY can be used to learn the skill of your choice without clicking.
