It's over 120 degrees and the everyone is exhausted. We learn during a pause in the fighting that the Afghan soldiers' during breaks in battle love to smoke hash and fire their guns at nothing in particular. Not exactly disciplined in the traditional sense of soldier.
You can hire an Afghan to fight but you can never fully buy him.

@thelandoftears if war was only about dying then we'd be in the stone ages my friend. Being a soildier , one must reach out at victory. Only the weak die first. Dying a martyr like Jesus or any religious figure I can say is holy bur dying otherwise means u were weak or not tactical for war

Being a soldier is all about getting ready to die, these guys are not ready, they don't know what they are fighting for. The taliban on the other hand, they know what they are fighting for, that's why their ready to throw down their lives. It's like that saying goes, if you really believe in something? than be ready to die for it.
