I used to be in tae kwon doe and my teacher would have other martial arts teachers come in and show their martial art. We had a akido and thai chi teacher. The thai chi teacher had us pull in energy and push out energy. When I pushed mine out I felt instanly weird and a unwell felling that night I went home and was really really weak and became really sick. I was sick for about 3 days. I didn't learn enough of the marital art to get into it and I'm not easily infulenced but i became ill weird..

@kage06 when a master radiates bad energy or aggressive energy, of course it will upset or pollute your good energy. a true master can let you feel the energy and you will be energized. Most of the masters are trying to convince others by pushing the students with excessive force and throwing them around like a rag doll.The students are injured before they have learnt the techniques. However one has to be privileged to meet an enlighten master.
