@TheRoachKeeper I'm not sure if there is a rule for toads, but for fish, its every inch of fish is a gallon of water

What size tank would you suggest?

A 46 is probably plenty of room for a trio. Especially if you're starting out with young CB's. I don't know anyone right now that has any young for sale, though. Check out the kingsnake classifieds. I often see Pipa pipa (probably WC) available there.

how big is the tank? Also, is that sound the males calling?

The tank is 55 gallons. Yes, the clicking that you hear is from at least one of the males. Considering they were under water the calls are surprisingly loud.
