Response to one mechanics suggestion that there was not enough clearance between the plug and the piston for this plug to work.

  • Look sort of like the Firestorm type plugs, I could sure use some like that to burn hho and water mist at the same time. That way I can get off of gasoline use all the way :)

    Keep up the great work!

  • G'day, H2OPower, Yep, that's where I am heading with this research, once I am satisfied with my plugs and am confident that they'll stand up long term in the engine, then I'll be powering them up on Hydroxy mixed with fog. I am pretesting two different configurations at the moment. The 1st I already know I am discarding but will see about the other!

    Thanks for your comments

    Cheers

  • did you actually make this type of plug and use it in your car?

  • I am currently driving on a slight cage variation of the ball plug, they have been in since last Saturday. I don't have economy readings as yet, this should be the next couple of days. However, I can tell you that I pulled the plugs after 132klm's and then again at 303klm's The difference is staggering. At 132 they are quite dirty but at 303 they have cleaned up nicely. I'll pull them again after I fill the next time. Meanwhile, the car runs smoother, more torque and more power!

    Cheers

  • I just read something on hho4freedotcom.

    August 12, 2008, a note from Robert:

I just got out of a meeting. I will be showing "PLASMA" by 10:30am tomorrow. In 30 days, production will begin. By the end of the year it should be in Full_Production.

Sounds like if the government or oil companies don't shut him (or worse) they will be available soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great News!! I lokk forward to this with great anticipation. Meanwhile, I am proceeding with my testing and all looks good so far.

    Cheers

  • whats the profile of the piston crown like?

  • G'day Glen,

It's good that you are giving it a go! BTW, I take my plugs to a guy who loves the fiddly stuff when it comes to welding.

  • I have been making a Firestorm Spark Plug myself.

I hit a bit of a hurdle today - when welding....

ummmm , I blew the core up and cracked the porcelain. Note : the core conductor is very thin & doesnt like 200 Amps from welder.

    ..... Next , the oxy... :)

    Glenn.

  • Thanks for the response.

    Cheers
