163Ibs. bodyweight.
145Ib. barbell weight for 5 reps

Crappy video quality, I know. Camera phone cut out before the last rep.

Hopefully I'll be up to 185Ibs for 5 reps for an upcoming push/pull meet.

  • Jesus tittyfucking theres so much shit talking on the comments. Weak people are going to hate and probably will never accomplish anything of worth in their lives. Good lifting shown here, as far as I can tell no leg drive so its all the more impresssive

  • @scowlx Okay..... so its not my fault you are fat. Ftr I got a year on you but you wouldn't be able to tell with how dumb you talk. If you can Military Press 205 5x off a power clean [Which you need a video here, this isnt fish tales..] Than id agree you are strong, but sitting and doing 205 struggling when you are over 205 lbs is lame. Go to a bar if you are 21 and talk shit, dont abuse the word cunt you will need it to describe your fat ass plenty so go easy on it like I do with your mother :)

  • that doesn't look right to me... ...hands closer together, elbows in front, move the bar slightly more behind your head when up...

  • @redmagicb4life i usually tend to look serious when im maxing my lifts but w/e man lol (surprise im lifting and i even got vids... )

  • @ChiLAX1210 I totaly agree with you there.

  • @eurohim i feel lower than a bow-legged caterpillar...

  • @newyears912 Want a medal?

  • @NewGameReleases Yeah, not to mention a guy who's 5' 6" doesn't have to move the weight nearly as far as someone who is 6' 5", they may lift the same number of lbs, but the guy with the longer arms is doing more total work.

  • This guy is doing the corect movement,is no cheating in there.God job men

  • @Banong91 You are so right about everything that you write here.

  • wow, there are some serious haters on here, stop hating on the guy and start appreciating that he took the time to put this video up for us to watch

  • why don't people put their height in if they throw their weight in there? A 5 foot guy could weigh 160 and bench like 300 lol it just doesn't make sense weight has nothing to do with how much you lift until you factor in height!
