that cat wasn't scared or even angry it was playing....i do that all the time with my cat and she's purring the whole time trying to get my hand, i cant tell by the vid how hard you pulled its tail didn't look that hard but probably shouldn't have done that, if you grab its tail and it tries to run it could get hurt but besides that there is nothing wrong here
