I'm from essex, and pretty much ALL of those slang words are fake, outdated, used when talking to children, or when you're insulting someone or having a joke. The only one I can remember from this video that we use in Essex on a regular basis is mate, we barely ever say friend. Pip pip is made up, i've never heard ANYONE ever say pip pip without taking the piss out of English stereotypes! Oh, and by the way, your accents are awful, I didn't even realise you were even trying most of the time
