Stupid uneducated muppets. For those who don't realize the only thing that differs Noosa from Caloundra and Maroochy is it's moronic planning scheme(for instance)-
"No dwellings to exceed 2 storeys, and 3 storeys for high and medium density zoning".
Explain how keeping Noosa spread out rather than having buildings greater then 3 stories is doing any favors for the environment or economy.
