  • Talented player but must learn to reach including anticipating students' struggle spots. If he slows down and begins with children, he will learn how to teach. He certainly knows how to play!

  • dont judge just from one lesson brother. ive taught over 700 students, mostly ages 10-16 how to play guitar in private lessons and have had much success. check out my site, aaronsguitarlessons com, look at The Basics section where i break down lessons for beginners. If you are starting out, this will help you. This lesson here isnt meant for beginners and was actually my very first lessons i ever did on YouTube. Thanks man.

  • love this video :)

i have a question...why do you have to grab chords in 'harder' way when you can grab those in lower fret

  • No. this is not the chord progression.

Em7 A7 is only half as long played and solves to an Dj7, before C#7, F#m7.

The song is played half step down by all others.

    Dbj7|C7|Fm7|Ebm7, Ab7|Dbj7|C7|Fm7

Between two "|" is one bar.

  • @MichaleenOFlynn1 yeah i agree with aaron here he's done a good job explaining every chord and what they are and to expect him to slow it down for beginners everytime is asking a lot. I kept up no problem, he gave us both the finger positions and chords... it was thorough and concise... I hate listening to so many lessons that just drag on forever expecting there's beginners listening to it every time because not every song is for beginners. Good job Aaron and congrats on the success with 700+

  • whoa thanks man !

  • Nice one mate, got it! Lovely chords.

  • it should be Dbmaj7 to C7 etc, not starting on a Dmaj7. but nice lesson!

  • Excellent dude.
