"Obama cannot speak publicly without a teleprompter...", that's what Fox News has trained its drones to say all over the internetz, so it must be true. Of course there are hundreds of examples of Obama speaking without a teleprompter that don't contain gaffes.

This is especially apparent if you read their comments off the teleprompter (for Bush there's a larger volume of that, since he didn't depend on the prompter quite as much. I differ with Bush on many political issues, but the man could communicate an intelligent thought he just had. It's just that he's Texan, and that means a lot of people assume his accent is moronic.
