Super Smash Bros- Changing Cpu's Handicap

How to change a cpu's handicap.
As you notice, my character (Luigi) had handicap of 9. For the other players I set handicap to 1, making them weaker while I'm stronger. After I restarted the game, I changed the other players to cpu's, and the cpu's handicap goes with the player's handicap. You can do this to make yourself feel God, or make the game more challenging. However, computers have handicap lvl 9 as default. Try this with damage ratio to 50%. You wont die until 600% while others die at 50%. Enjoy.

BTW. You can also do this to only player 2, or 3 or 4 or 2 and 3, and so on.

I found this glitch by playing around the handicap. Also, it pretty hard to push the restart button on the emulator.
