  • The views of Montek Singh shown at the start certainly deserved more emphasis. Aadhar + cash transfer + market prices would seem to be the most reasonable way to go forward with Food Security Bill to the economists.

  • considerations of farmers are also not wrong but then govt. if has planned to provide the food grains at the such low price then it should atleast be able to trace the deserving population for the benefit.

  • 63 MILLION METRIC TONNES??
