  • Thanks for the video as always very clear. One question. How different is sugar from fruit in our system than sugar from rice or potatoes? You ve mentioned before that eating some cooked foods is ok. Do sugars turn into fat?

  • Hi Frederic. I am just cruising the old videos. Very good reminder of identifying the refined foods from the foods in their natural state.

  • You honestly need to research organic extra virgin coconut oil. My fatty tumors have shrunk in HALF in only 2 months from eating cold pressed EVCO and that's a fact Jack.

  • To my knowledge the heat of cigarettes is not what makes them cancerous. Consumption of hot things weather food or drink is nothing that the body cannot handle.

  • If your cooking with oil you shoud use coconut oil.... BUT let's not forget coconut oil (or any oils) is 100 % fats. If you want to benefit from the fat in coconut, use young coconuts.

  • What "hate" mail? Just ban anti-vegans from your youtube channel!

Meat needs to be outlawed and factory farms destroyed (after the animals in them are released, of course).

  • great video i am a newbie to this lifestyle and just started a blog myself :) great information :)

  • Great answers! I do like coconut oil -- but most of mine ends up on my skin XP (NOTHING has worked so well on my acne-prone face like coconut oil!) I agree that the overall percentage is what's important, so when I do eat fats -- either my raw desserts or my raw mayos -- its very sparing, far between and its "budgeted" into my daily food intake. I think these are things people need to seriously consider.
