  • @rbsilver givs full credit at 3:04

  • Rabbi, you speak sound common sense. However, parts of the Talmud appear to be full of hatred for Gentiles. As I am a Gentile, and considering conversion to Judaism, this worries me. Can you clarify? How am I meant to read and understand these passages?

  • hi Rabbi i just want to tell you that i took your advice that you gave here and now i m halfway through "Pirke Avot" and it just is a great book. the Talmud it s beautiful and true, really helpful if you wanna come closer to God, even if you are of a different religion, as i am. thank you Rabbi God bless you

  • Hi Mark- It's great to see you here in your video! I'm glad you had a great Crocker reunion.

  • Judaism, i dont get it.

i would rather have a cervical polypectemy

  • I want to convert to Judaism. Where do I start?

  • You might want to listen to more than the first minute. The entire sermon credits the last lecture and talks about its similarity to the Jewish commandment to write your own Torah.

  • Nice sentiments. However - you ripped this off from "The Last Lecture". Next time, you might want to credit your source...

  • Thanks for this video. I am stuck in my room here at Purdue with tonsillitis and possibly mononucleosis. It was nice to hear this inspiring sermon, and to feel connected to rosh hashannah.
