  • Gary is my uncle

  • All of them were truly great players. This took way too long for Emmitt Thomas, who was shutting down star pass receivers when I was in Junior High School ! Andre Tippett was at least as good as Lawrence Taylor, but his supportive star defensive team mates sufferred injuries or retired (Julius Adams,Steve Nelson, etc.) so he did not have the support or the media exposure that L.T. did. Fred Dean was a defensive nightmare for Charger's and 49er's opponents !

  • Is it all about you, Super-man?

  • Harry Carson? you have to be kidding me.

  • not a dominant player

  • Happy Birthday Fred Dean...2/24!!!

  • Fred Dean--no

    Gary Zimmerman--no

    Andre Tippett--no way at all

    ----------------------------------

others who are a no: Steve Young, Dan Dierdorf, Harry Carson, Thurman Thomas; please add your nominations for no.
