Also looking at it again, you did a double-hyper twist, a plain simple hyper has only one lol

actually only one spin would be called a Butterfly Twist. Two spins starts a hyper twist. And i was never able to get it unforunatly. Had to stop karate until recently due to money and time issues.

That was not low enough you were suppose to be a little lower you were straight up in the air

But my advise would be to throw you body down about more, make you more horrizontal.
