What a journey this song has had to make it to us. and all conceived by Petrarch s turgid love for an unknown lady called "Laura" who must have spurned him, cruelly .. but enough to Inspire him to turn his pain into verse , which, many years later Liszt used to transcribe into this interesting song and piano solo and the rest is musical history as here . Thankyou for share,,,,

@cozmin1984 All three Petrarch sonnets for voice and piano are available from Boosey and Hawkes, though there is no information about the vocal range supplied on th website.
