@juu90 In English "the" is the definite article and "a" and "an" are the indefinite articles. It would seem difficult to know which one to use if you are not a native speaker. English is supposed to be a very difficult language to learn. An Ecuadoran co-worker used to tell me we would speak "after the lunch". She also said she checked the air in her spare tire "just in the case".

@Jefgg Maybe, it was originally called The Facebook.. But anyways in Spanish every noun has "the" in front of it separating it from feminine to masculine like: El pollo ( chicken, masculine noun ) or La mariposa ( Butterfly, feminine noun ).

Lol she typed like crazy. And moved the mouse like it too

Do Latins call it "The Facebook"? People who speak Spanish seem to put "the" before every noun. My friend's dad is from Brooklyn. He calls it "facebooks". He adds an s to a lot of things. He has a quick lunch at Burger Kings.
