This was my first clip! Thank you Sean.

pauley68:
Great models song, one of my favourites, love the vocal harmonies in the chorus. Also like the raunchy guitar sound, although the bass and drums are a little bit too electronic for my taste. I'm sure there was an acoustic version of this song (Sean and James) live on the panel that was reaslly good.

douglaswpj:
long live Models......this kicks ass live.....farewell Andrew Duffield you will be sorely missed
nzoz1984:
Let's not start any death rumours... there's already one small rumour about the passing of Fred Loneragan of the Machinations. Not true!

Andrew (Models) and Fred (Machinations) are both alive and well.
douglaswpj:
sorry if i panicked anyone.....i meant this was the last clip with Andrew before he left and the rot began to set in.....rest assured i saw Andrew at the Espy Dec 06
nzoz1984:
ha, ha, ha - I like how you summed up the rest of the band's caree after Duffield's departure: 'the rot began to set in'.

This is one band that has always confused me. Don't get me wrong. There's nothing wrong with having hit singles and selling records. But damn, the way these guys came from 'Two Cabs In The Toucan' to 'Out Of Mind, Out Of Sight'... *shudders*

douglaswpj:
and then the final, tragic finale.........that horrid cover of Beatles Oh Darling. What were they thinking ????
I will just think of the magnificent line up that has played in Melbourne a few times over the last 3 or 4 years - kelly/duffield/ferrie/price... ...wish they played every week

beesbop:
Very cool band.

KJezza:
Thank god Andrew left when he did. Left a great legacy to a great band.

MissMeags0303:

99centsred:

missbigonlove:

bigbadreddog:

  • Great piss-take on Whacko Jacko at 1.05 with the horses arse and his better half performing a moonwalk.

  • My fave models song! They absolutely rocked!

  • RIP James, I'm grieving for your loss and your family. Thanks for your inspiration and amazing talent. I'm so saaaaaaaaad....................

  • Just too sad....

  • Hi too all who read this he was,is a great man brilliant mind and sole some of the most ground braking song writer's in Australian music ,80,90s Barbados -modern girl, two cabs to the toucan,Out of Mind, Out of Sight, are in the 80s hall of fame...

make no mistakes about this man with his looks moves and charisma will always be unmarketable brilliant , the hard knocks were never taken lightly

  • RIP James Freud. Models are still great.

  • As someone else mentioned James joined in 82 and featured on this song and film clip. I loved this group in 82 and I was only 9. My big regret was missing out on these fantastic pub bands because I wad too young to see them. Now I just have to make do when they do the RSL.

  • RIP JAMES. YOU WILL BE MISSED.

  • RIP JAMES
