Watch this in "High Quality"!! There is too much motion for the normal YouTube compression. This is a High Definition time lapse film made using thousands of still frames from a Nikon D200 digital camera. Starting at the Floridian, a 24-hour diner on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, we travel east to A1A, then north, along the beach for 24 miles. Our final destination is DaDa's Restaurant in Delray Beach. The trip takes 1 minute and 44 seconds, so our average speed is 830mph. Go to http://design215.com for more time lapse video.

  • Was that A1a?

  • Yes, A1A most of the way

  • Watch in High Quality mode!!

The standard quality mode is quite poor due to the rapidly changing scenery in this time lapse.

  • hey that was cool!! I live in Delray. really enjoyed that!!!

  • I have yet to trek to South Florida but plan to do so this summer. So you would recommend A1a over 95 Rob? It looks amazing scenic wise.
