@eekdog2005 It's too bad so many people that have woken up to the the truth about things have fallen victim and sheepishly deny global climate change. I hope you WAKE THE FUCK UP.

Stupid Liberal.....Whatever happened to Global Warming?? Oh....wait the planet was not getting warmer. The planet's climate will always be changing. Almost 10,000 years ago 1/3 of the earth was ice. How do you blame that on a carbon foot print? We just did not have any Obama supporters to cry about it. With modern technology we only have a general idea what is going to happen tomorrow.

That would have sounded pretty daft 5 years ago, not it just sounds absurd. Dare you to say the same thing five years from now, you know you can...if it feels good in the gut you know you have the truthiness!

With a population of 153-million (about a third of the EU's) and with 30% of its land area inundated by seawater every year, Bangladesh is in very serious trouble, even at the best of times. Government corruption is a serious issue, too, but the scale of the problem is beyond a better one to have much impact. Climate change is a distratcing issue.

Wow! It makes happy to see what Muslims can achieve when they put their hearts into it. Like the other Muslim country in South Asia, Pakistan, Bangladesh is thriving. The emphasis the Islam has put on education and scientific progress in modern times is really paying off. Bangladeshis have built an almost completely egalitarian society. Most of them live within the same living standards. Imagine what they could achieve if they had oil!

What can they achieve if the had oil? They could be like Egypt or the countries in the Persian Gulf. They could also be like Brazil, Mexico, Trinidad, or Venezuela. They could even be like Russia, but they have a way to go. What they couldn't be is Norway.

Seriously, the ratio between wealth and people would be too high to make any difference in their lives. Plus, the government would still most of it.

By the way, I love subtle sarcasm. What live would be without it? Imagine.
