@earlobe417 that's wwwaaaayyy exaggerated... I made it up to around 10 catches average in a few days, in all about 3 hours, then in the next weeks I just did half-minutes here and there in the course of my usual juggling (that's how I accidentally started learning stuff (works amazingly, you'd be surprised at how much you learn while you're not juggling ^^)
1. and how long did you practiced for 50 catches?? xD
2. how can I learn the 7b cascade?? I would learn the 5b high cascade, then the 5b slow cascade( that my hands will be faster) but how do I have to continue??
dude, thanks to you, I can now do the upside down box very well. thank you very much. I do request you do a tutorial on the variations at the end, those are insane.
@JugglingForCake Ok, I might have been exagerating a little. I was talking about learning it to the point of being able to do at least 100 catches, but as more people have told me how quickly they have learned it, I can see that it is easier than I was thinking. It took me a long time to get it but maybe that's just me.
cool tutorial thanks man, helps a lot

That intro was way too hilarious, the tutorial was really good.
I might try that in my next training (after school allows me to..)
Keep it up!
