  • have these forumula ever been published?

  • No, only the BFP shifus and the closed-door disciples have the formulas....

  • Prove it. Our motto is the proof is in the results. It is pretty evident that you do not anything about Chinese medicine or dit da herbal knowledge....

  • Thanks GMDW you are very kind to show your family inherited formulas.

  • I know dit da jow is primarily used for iron palm conditioning, but are there formulations that deal with falling and joint trauma? I do judo and brazilian jiu-jitsu and I am interested in adding dit da jow into my conditioning and healing regimen.

  • How come James Lacy can break and Doo wai cannot break a coconut?

  • He did not share the formula he only showed a picture of them. He no share he too greedy.

  • @crazyroosterfist thanks i will check these out, this knowledge should not be hidden away so that it to can be lost one day forever. In this day and age information for healing should be shared so that those all around the world will benefit.

  • @mywingchunsucks yes,dr.yang jwing ming published these in "analysis of shaolin chin na-instructors manual for all martial styles" there are 6 different formulas, for massage, bruising, and broken or misplaced bones.they may not be these exact formulas, but they are still martial dit da jow.

  • I think there is a language problem here. While I appreciate and thank Grandmaster Doo Wai for showing the pictures of the herbs used, that technically isn't what westerners think of as formulas, which would be a list of the herbs in question and how to prepare them. Unless you are a western botanist or an eastern herbalist, you won't recognize most of these herbs.

  • Does he sell Dit Jow for iron hand traing?

I'm always looking for cheap and effective ,that isnt rubbish.

  • though they are readily available from the schools themselves.

However the formulas are only known by the shifus.

  • I only know dit da jow is used for iron palm, but now that I see all the things we can find in there... wow... impressive

  • that's not cool
