(There was a flower(rose) and nightingale
who lived in a beautiful garden.
It's a true story told me by my grand-dad.)

She was not aware that her singing
quickened rose's heart beat with love and adoration.

Obviously one day the nightingale found out

Being in love they vowed to be together for ever.
Tales of their love affair spread like wild fire in the garden.
But they were determined to live and die together they said.)
Phir ek din kee baat sunaaoon,
ek sayyaad chaman mein aayaa
le gayaa wo bulbul ko pakad ke,
aur diwaanaa gul murjhaayaa,
aur diwaanaa gul murjhaayaa
shaayar log bayaan karate hain,
aise unkee judaayee kee baatein

he captured the nightingale and took her way.
The Flower/rose was heartbroken and faded.
Poets narrate this tragedy in sad and gloomy words stating, that they sang hymns:
'Alas! without the beloved nights are long and harsh.'
It was spring and the bloom, color, aroma in the air was intoxicating,but such joyous occasion only brought tears in their eyes.)
