Pocket Monsters Stadium - L1-30 Pokeball Final Round

This is mostly a Hypercam test.
I am not sure if I am gonna do more of this game.
Good chance of me doing Pokemon Stadium 1/2 in the future though.

Info on the game:
The first game of the series, called Pokémon Stadium (ポケモンスタジアム, Pokemon Sutajiamu?), was released in Japan in 1998. This version featured only 42 Pokémon instead of the full 151 Pokémon from the Game Boy versions. This version was not released outside of Japan, and as such the numbering of subsequent Japanese releases is ahead of the North America releases. This game was originally intended for the Nintendo 64DD format, but as the Nintendo 64DD was a commercial failure, Pokémon Stadium transferred to cartridge format. There was also a Pocket Monsters Stadium Expansion Disk proposed as an add-on for the Nintendo 64DD but was unreleased.

In a way, this game's general style is better than the modern games'...I especially like the changing camera angles, the faster-paced battles, and the fact that the Pokemon pose when they're first sent out.

QUESTION: When I choose to play the 1-30 cup, there are 4 options (I can't read Japanese) but 3 are locked like maybe they are great, ultra, and master mode. But when I beat the first mode the second doesn't get unlocked... Sooo what is up with that?
