In the wake of CPS student Derrion Albert's fatal beating, which was caught on tape at Fenger High School in Chicago's south side, the Obama administration called forth a Press Conference addressing teen violence in the city.

Attorney General, Eric Holder and Education Secretary, Arne Duncan met with local officials, including Mayor. Richard J. Daley to talk about how to combat youth violence and announcing a $500,000 grant from the Department of Education to stabilize the Fenger community.
