I just found a Trinity Plus on eBay which means that it has a solo tri preinstalled.

Is it possible to install a MOSS Tri into it?

Or should I better buy a V3 which has the MOSS Tri preinstalled?

Which version of the Trinity would you buy?

And how many keys would you prefer?

On the Trinity you can use the touchscreen to move faders and/or pots. Virtual faders/pots. In this example, he's using Combi mode and is using the Program volumes as "drawbars".

I believe you can't do this on the Triton.
