Hi,never heard song or singer,but reminds me, a song called ,The Fleet's In Port Again was very popular.I think the boys in navy blue bell bottomed trousers had many songs written about them.
I remember my grandpa used to have this 78rpm record. I played that song over and over again when I was still a child. I think the flipside was "Oh Brother".
