WMG IS CLAIMING COPYRIGHTS TO THIS MUSIC AND THEY DO NOT OWN THE COPYRIGHTS. THIS IS ON A DECCA LABEL #18683a SO IT IS COPYRIGHTED BY UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP. I HAVE HAD OTHER MUSIC BLOCKED IN THE USA BY THIS ENTITY AND THEY ARE NOT THE COPYRIGHT OWNERS. IN THIS CASE, WMG DID ALLOW THE VIDEO TO REMAIN ON WORLD WIDE BUT SOME OF THEIR FALSE CLAIMS ARE ANNOYING AND I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT I SHOULD DO.

  • I remember my grandpa used to have this 78rpm record. I played that song over and over again when I was still a child. I think the flipside was "Oh Brother".

  • @monteleone1010 I remember it being played on the jukebox and radio during the war years but know not what was on the back. I appreciate your comment.

  • Thank you for the wonderful upload Marcus*****S

  • Note "oldtexasmusic" re copyright for this version of BBT: My father, Moe Jaffe, wrote this version of the song, and it was copyrighted by Anne Rachel Music. My brothers and I still get royalties from it. Here is the information for "publishers and administrators" from the ASCAP website if you wish to check it out yourself:

"ANNE RACHEL MUSIC CORP, % WARNER/CHAPPELL MUSIC INC 10585 SANTA MONICA BLVD., LOS ANGELES, CA, 90025."

Alternatively, you can check with the Harry Fox Agency.
