@TheForthemankind i think the man you are talking about is jaswant singh khalra, i dont know the details, but he was abducted by police/government forces for accumulating evidence for the genocide of 1984, he was kidnapped in 1995 while washing his care and taken to a prison and matyered by order of the indian government
