  • Airbags are only effective at the moment of impact, then they deflate. So in a frontal collision, only the required airbags should deploy, because in case you get T-boned a few seconds later, the curtain airbags can deploy specifically for that collision.

  • These american crash tests are so slow. Who loses control of an Audi at 30 mph??? The German tests at 55mph are WAY more telling

    Curtain airbags stay deployed for 10 seconds, unlike front airbags which deflate right away. So no problem if they also deploy, especially since a little side drift often slams the drivers head against the B pillar

  • before air bags audi have pro-con 10 it was cool thing your stering weel just go in side from you so your hed dont hit it
