  • you should try doing it lower below parallel so all of your muscle fibers in your legs and butt are working. Check out my videos on facebook owen isla. I have a video in a powerlifting competition doing 175 kg no gear and back support. planning to lift 200 kg in my next competition. or check out on youtube maxorlov 1976 my trainor. we do all our squat all the way down.
