@Gre3njaw When the bike is too big, you could not reach the pedals with the seatpost all the way up (as it is in this case), i am not an expert but maybe he had to lower the handlebars more by switchin the steam upside down. but this vid and ur answer is ages old, so i'm sure he's ok by now :)

Bike is too big for you IMO, you'r back should be round/curved in a TT position. Not straight.
