Will Thermo Top V work only with W-bus? If I would like to cut CAN-bus that Thermo Top V will not start automatically.

Hi There,
My Thermo Top V is a real "standheizung" so it should not have a W-bus block.
I attached 12V to it (with Webasto loom) and I send 12V to pin 2 using my T91, nothing happens. the 12V from my T91 to pin2 is a puls for about 8sec. (is this OK?) when the pin2 wire is not attached to the T91, it send out 7V (is this normal?) Can you please help me in the wright direction, I can't find annyone how has experiance with this stuff

Can bus is not connected at all.
This unit has the full w-bus functionality unlocked.
1533 oval timer and a T91 remote is connected via this w-bus

You should run your TTV with w-bus.
Pin 2 at the T91 is wbus output, you should connect it to the wbus pin at the TTV.
Pin 3 is the 12volt output.

The Thermotop gives a 12v pulse signal. The other wire is just ground, or battery negative.
Polarity at the pump doesn't matter.

im going to ask you a really daft question how do you unlock w-bus function

Not exactly sure on how it works on a Landrover TT-V, but in the case of VW units, there are 2 types. One is the most common: the "Zuheizer" wich has a locked w-bus. This unit needs a unlock/updrade package from Webasto/VW.
The other version is the "standheizung" version, wich is unlocked at the factory.
If you have a locked version, you could use the convertor solution from danhag.de
You can test it simply by attaching a 1533 display, and try to start it.
