Hey there! Have you thought about the amazon book Public Speaking for Frankenstein ? I got some great advice from it and afterwards did a speech with no stage fright.

you are so right I am an experienced presenter but in a recent conference I forgot to breath. I was not nervous but my voice was very shaky!!! dam!!! I relaxed myself and I got my voice back. One thing to remember if you are pregnant your lungh capacity will change so you will feel out of breath so practice in loud voice a few times so you know what your lungh capacity is :D
