"Christ loved the church and gave his himself for it. I lay down my life for the sheep." (Not the goats who He called the Devil's children) He loved Israel, He loved Jacob, not Esau. He chose the elect based on His good pleasure, not in anything good He saw in anyone as we were all sinners and lost.

@999awolf Stop your blaspheme now! You will go to hell if you do not accept Jesus Christ into your heart and realize that our LORD does love everybody. (Except victims of murder, rape, people with amputated limbs, victims of diseases, people born with disabilities, Africans, WWII era Jews, the slaves of U.S. and Brazil, the Jews who built the pyramids of Giza, everyone who died due to the bombings of Nagasaki and Hiroshima, anybody who isn't currently American, or those who God killed himself.)

If god loves everyone, why so many innocent people in this world had been killed, or let's say we are all sinners since adam and eve pissed god off, but were we even born during that period? why do we have to take the punishment for stupid adam and eve? oh, because we are their grandchildren, or just because god is an evil god who likes to see all of us suffer for the past issue. And god wants us to worship him, and become christians or else we will go to hell, is god selfish and arrogant? Yes.

Nice job.. great song too. Ron Sexsmith is one of Canada's greatest singer/songwriters.
I am sure he would be proud to see you and the choir singing it to beautifully..
