I was there, and he may have started the sound check at that time but he came earlier. I was there and filmed the motorcade coming into the commons, then had time to get back to my spot on the bench behind you.

I have his 'live at the cavern club' dvd and he opened with 'honey hush' Had Dave Gilmour, and Mick Taylor on guitar. The Halifax show rocked!
