i clearly remember his debut year(2002) when he led the Angels to a world championship. he's been phenominal the whole his career
-
K-Rod! welcome to the brewers!
-
@TheMaineShow1 he plays for the Mets now, so his amount of saves in a year are obviously going to decrease, he needs to prove himself over a whole season, it's only June
-
LOL why get rid of the comment? K-Rod is ON PACE to beat Hoffman's record as long as he gets about 30-35 saves yearly (he'll probably get more). The stats are there.
-
You do know Mariano once blew 9 saves in a season? Oh wait, you weren't watching baseball then.
-
Hoffman at K-Rod's age now had 50-150. K-Rod already has 250. Who's the idiot now?
-
19/20 is "wash" up right?
-
He does it to honor his dad. He doesn't have to take anyway anything

hahah K Rod is not a good closer. yeah he broke the saves record in 2008 but he BLEW 7 that year. he only broke it because the Angels let him have so many opportunities by giving him a 3 or less run lead so often. just imagine how many saves Rivera, Wilson, or Bell would have if they 69 opportunities. more than 62!
K-Rod is a great closer. He just needs to take away that celebration.
